COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A16B-2200-0660/07B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out National-Tech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Milltronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the ACS32003U07A34 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CE744L12P31GRZ manufactured by National-Tech and we are pleased to be able to service most National-Tech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CompuM by Manufacturer Milltronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand CJ1GCPU45H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beckhoff such as C36400010 equipment made by Beckhoff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beckhoff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beckhoff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A7GTJ71AR23 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular C10120 original spares produced by Alstom Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AMS980100 by Modicon and C36400010 spares by Beckhoff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BN624A527G51 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mazak. |
