COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A16B-1310-0021-09D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Phoenix-Contact parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omega product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the AST3401T1D24358020601 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DVOPC5515019BDA00 manufactured by Phoenix-Contact and we are pleased to be able to service most Phoenix-Contact systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DRP8505 by Manufacturer Omega as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand CU40066MCPBS31A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as AS42CMT equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CN8552TCDC1DC2C2 made by Omega as well as the popular D204BDL250CPUD216ND32D208TR original spares produced by Direct-Logic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BOCEDWARDSU20000937 by Boc-Edwards and AS42CMT spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CDSFM15SN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cds. |
