COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A16B-1212-0871/14C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 National-Instruments product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the DC20051000000FM000111 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CR122B000 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 777518100 by Manufacturer National-Instruments as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ormon Brand G72COD16 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hirschmann such as RS201600T1T1SDAEHH07002 equipment made by Hirschmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hirschmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hirschmann" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P0400YD made by Foxboro as well as the popular PRTXD4SL original spares produced by Omega Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 127201 by H.o.-Trerice and RS201600T1T1SDAEHH07002 spares by Hirschmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H7CLADS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
