COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A06B-6117-H211 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fuji products, including obsoleted and phased-out Herma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hitachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the 6KG1123010X1B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 97301 manufactured by Herma and we are pleased to be able to service most Herma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SJ700D040HFUF3 by Manufacturer Hitachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A17B33000201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Federal-Pacific such as U53ES01 equipment made by Federal-Pacific have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Federal-Pacific products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Federal-Pacific" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FRN55E1S2J made by Fuji as well as the popular 5000G11SFRN020G11S2UX original spares produced by Fuji Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SJ700D370HFUF3 by Hitachi and U53ES01 spares by Federal-Pacific are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6140 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fincor. |
