COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A06B-6079-H208-R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the HVFDCD3C0050F01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FRN003E1S7U manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A06B6088H222500 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Graham Brand 176B3006 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Heldt--Rossi such as SM807DC807DC equipment made by Heldt--Rossi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heldt--Rossi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heldt--Rossi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2200S20013A made by Fincor as well as the popular FRN005G11W2UX original spares produced by Fuji Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSM1150 by Giddings and SM807DC807DC spares by Heldt--Rossi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AV3006KAV3055XB1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
