COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A06B-0105-B114 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Om products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gurley-Precision parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hub-City product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Om such as the 5RK40GKCT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8135H01800F5T01D36TS16EN manufactured by Gurley-Precision and we are pleased to be able to service most Gurley-Precision systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 622064706 by Manufacturer Hub-City as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand 5KK05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Boston such as 72615J equipment made by Boston have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Boston products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Boston" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6K969F made by Dayton as well as the popular 739992200F original spares produced by Dybetic-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 850030L1B by Allen-Bradley and 72615J spares by Boston are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 75MSA301TAAAA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control-Techniques. |
