COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A06-6058-H003 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ferrocontrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hitachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the VWS11LD3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S02201Q manufactured by Ferrocontrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Ferrocontrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SJ700D300LFUF3 by Manufacturer Hitachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fuji Brand NEMA1110F14 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hitachi such as L300P037HBRM equipment made by Hitachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hitachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hitachi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7VRCK001CD03 made by Ge as well as the popular HVFDSD3A0015G100 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SJ700D550HFUF3 by Hitachi and L300P037HBRM spares by Hitachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A20B20000840 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
