COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A05B-2518-C202#ESL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Beckhoff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Igt-Industries-Ltd product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Beckhoff such as the CP690200110000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DL302706C21J8 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BEACON141 by Manufacturer Igt-Industries-Ltd as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thayer Brand D36566C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as A970GOTTBABA9GTQBUSS equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A20B3300024105A made by Fanuc as well as the popular Control937 original spares produced by Butler-Automatic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A17B3300020003B0 by Fanuc and A970GOTTBABA9GTQBUSS spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D7XTNAHAXXB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
