COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A05B-2518-C202#EGN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Aval products, including obsoleted and phased-out Monarch-Instrument parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Aval such as the AVME126 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC2C1STU220010 manufactured by Monarch-Instrument and we are pleased to be able to service most Monarch-Instrument systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A07B03000208 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nais Brand AID1072 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A61L0001016871 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DPT made by Protower as well as the popular CDIRDPHEEsnA67GK original spares produced by Cdi,-Computer-Dynamics-Inc. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BT20BT20TYP80989004 by Sutron and A61L0001016871 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Autocheck4000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thermo-Ramsey. |
