COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A05B-2406-C372 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fuji products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gino-Ese parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hitachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the FRN002C1S4U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 175U0951 manufactured by Gino-Ese and we are pleased to be able to service most Gino-Ese systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VWS11LD3 by Manufacturer Hitachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand F31X139APMALG2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ferrocontrol such as S02202o equipment made by Ferrocontrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ferrocontrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ferrocontrol" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NXC40 made by Fireye as well as the popular FuchsKFA6SR2Ex1WLB original spares produced by Fuchs Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CXS0050HPV35G2I1 by Honeywell and S02202o spares by Ferrocontrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2210312C13F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hubbell. |
