COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A04B-0216-C211 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proface product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the AKICDFMOD10T000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ARNI915D manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AGP3200T1D24 by Manufacturer Proface as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand BY171E419G51AREVB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fidia such as CM020 equipment made by Fidia have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fidia products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fidia" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D9CM01A made by Ozuch as well as the popular CBVX7B5 original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DD50 by Sonstige and CM020 spares by Fidia are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A05B2301C301 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
