COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A02B-0321-B530 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 West product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the PP7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DMR100S00 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N808020002 by Manufacturer West as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 1761NETENI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electrohome such as MD2000390 equipment made by Electrohome have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electrohome products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electrohome" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NT631CST141EV1 made by Omron as well as the popular S3111PS28A2L6 original spares produced by Crt-Solutions Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6AV65450BB152AX0 by Siemens and MD2000390 spares by Electrohome are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B3QTW00B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
