COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A02B-0236-B812 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mazak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Monarch-Instrument parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mazak product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mazak such as the BN624A527G51 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC2C1STU220010 manufactured by Monarch-Instrument and we are pleased to be able to service most Monarch-Instrument systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D65UB004310 by Manufacturer Mazak as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A02B0281C125 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beckhoff such as CP680100010010 equipment made by Beckhoff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beckhoff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beckhoff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CPU30 made by Alps-Tool as well as the popular BMTU000AAAS7761121000200 original spares produced by Trane Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A20B33000050 by Fanuc and CP680100010010 spares by Beckhoff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ComPak Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telalert. |
