COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A02B-0200-C071/MBR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Trane products, including obsoleted and phased-out Clinton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Trane such as the BMTU000AAAS7701021000200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CE744M12P31GRZ manufactured by Clinton and we are pleased to be able to service most Clinton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A16B2201008009B by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Maple-Systems Brand BLU300M001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as D930ISADNA equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A04B0009C203 made by Fanuc as well as the popular D53052C4S00P00 original spares produced by Penny-+-Giles Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CTERM by Esd and D930ISADNA spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BBT02R51 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Liebherr. |
