COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A02B-0168-B032 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Raychem products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Raychem such as the AA40032MK3SUPHTR120V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BTS10154524R720BTS10 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ATV71HD30N4Z by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand B500EADFA2L3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Twk-Elektronik such as CM65106GA04 equipment made by Twk-Elektronik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Twk-Elektronik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Twk-Elektronik" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C98043A1204L21 made by Siemens as well as the popular A20B00070270 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BUR2030082 by Baumuller and CM65106GA04 spares by Twk-Elektronik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AS884A311AS884A311 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
