COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A02B-0163-C24 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sencon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Safety-Control product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nec such as the ASLCD72VXBKASLCD72VXBK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIM80125D2LC manufactured by Sencon and we are pleased to be able to service most Sencon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A2RU807751 by Manufacturer Safety-Control as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Softing Brand CANAC2ISA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A20B1002019007A equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CRM260 made by Sy/max as well as the popular AMB2053HTTE2 original spares produced by Aaeon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D116 by Digital and A20B1002019007A spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CH12THI06C5W2F140I Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynics. |
