COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A02B-0120-C122/MAR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kearney--Trecker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A74L00010050 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASSY121299 manufactured by Kearney--Trecker and we are pleased to be able to service most Kearney--Trecker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A16B1310038004B by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Beckhoff Brand CP683300010011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beckhoff such as BK5220 equipment made by Beckhoff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beckhoff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beckhoff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ASSY40010600RevC made by Adaptec as well as the popular ANN16 original spares produced by Caterpillar-(fg-Wilson) Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CQPCTDE0000A by Total-Control and BK5220 spares by Beckhoff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A55001000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Renishaw. |
