COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A02B-0076-C128 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eagle-Signal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lafert product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eagle-Signal such as the CP8005N9 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BM600212 manufactured by Reliance-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B7128Q03325 by Manufacturer Lafert as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Polytec Brand CLV1000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A20B0009015009B equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A20B8100093606D made by Fanuc as well as the popular CN16SN0A original spares produced by Cutler-hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AEAB3036FDS by Appleton and A20B0009015009B spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMRAU2A0211FAA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
