COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc 44C741056-G01R07 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hunkar-Labs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Accu-Feed parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hunkar-Labs such as the 60550LCDDAT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 600B manufactured by Accu-Feed and we are pleased to be able to service most Accu-Feed systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6FC52100DF010AA0 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 6180EICEFFAZEZZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 6181BFDDBZCZZ equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5004D made by Total-Control as well as the popular 515L24A24F10 original spares produced by Precision-Digital Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6189RDT12CSERIESA by Allen-Bradley and 6181BFDDBZCZZ spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6ES76500GF161YX0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
