COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Falk M1150DHT3AN-143.90-LD0016 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Formsprag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gates parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gates product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Formsprag such as the HPI600CL4013122RS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3VX710 manufactured by Gates and we are pleased to be able to service most Gates systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8V1400 by Manufacturer Gates as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ferguson Brand 12FM62180 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fn-Sheppard such as UKWNT127T103390TBWK6 equipment made by Fn-Sheppard have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fn-Sheppard products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fn-Sheppard" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EKM200 made by Gam as well as the popular 390445803 original spares produced by Flex-Link Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 90933108 by Gates and UKWNT127T103390TBWK6 spares by Fn-Sheppard are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8445184T5D70998M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foote-Jones. |
