COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Falk J-04A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Flender products, including obsoleted and phased-out Formsprag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Zero-max product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Flender such as the NA1160X160 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LLH10276716 manufactured by Formsprag and we are pleased to be able to service most Formsprag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JK42 by Manufacturer Zero-max as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexnord Brand MRD200527A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Falk such as M1130DBC3AN1961LD0456 equipment made by Falk have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P8014M55 made by Murray as well as the popular MM9310W12 original spares produced by Fafnir

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MR94764 by Dodge and M1130DBC3AN1961LD0456 spares by Falk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MWH2103601 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Link.
