COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Falk 60FC2A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Force-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gates product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Force-Control such as the MB210204505 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 380192A97L01180326380192 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14M112020 by Manufacturer Gates as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gates Brand 48v2650 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Flender such as SZN225 equipment made by Flender have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flender products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flender" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8115TBU111 made by Foote-Jones as well as the popular 14M43S68 original spares produced by Gates

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8207H25 by Foote-Jones and SZN225 spares by Flender are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HPI600CL4013122RS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Formsprag.
