COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Falk 4740012 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gates products, including obsoleted and phased-out Force-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Flexaline product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gates such as the 78250016 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 73031A1H1T7 manufactured by Force-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Force-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2PT13252A15HP by Manufacturer Flexaline as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Formsprag Brand D3450112 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fuji such as SSG202P20 equipment made by Fuji have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fuji products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fuji" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 14MGT140037 made by Gates as well as the popular 720BG1430 original spares produced by Foote-Jones

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 93560178 by Gates and SSG202P20 spares by Fuji are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1100T31 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk.
