COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fairchild 1534A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leach products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawasaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leach such as the 921310163 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PRBU3 manufactured by Kawasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PWMP1BPWMPIB44A398797G01 by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Grayhill Brand 73GOI420 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kreuter such as BAC120036CW equipment made by Kreuter have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kreuter products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kreuter" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC693CPU364FK made by Ge as well as the popular G8P1A4P9DC original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12PVD21B2A by General-Electric and BAC120036CW spares by Kreuter are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 32160201A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Forney. |
