COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fafnir DRNR1-11/16 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ameridrives products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jakob parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Grove product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ameridrives such as the FS203SB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ESM500 manufactured by Jakob and we are pleased to be able to service most Jakob systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HMQ24HE by Manufacturer Grove as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand GBSM63MRP07010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Winsmith such as E26MDTS075X0FT equipment made by Winsmith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Winsmith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Winsmith" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F4F5 made by Philadelphia as well as the popular EB079L20N original spares produced by Cedaspe Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HB128357250TC by Dodge and E26MDTS075X0FT spares by Winsmith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GRBMQ8185L56 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grove. |
