COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fadal VMC20 (CNC 88) parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motion-Plus-Digital-Servo-Controllers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the 920098002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 48632801 manufactured by Motion-Plus-Digital-Servo-Controllers and we are pleased to be able to service most Motion-Plus-Digital-Servo-Controllers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SIN1V7 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Prosoft Brand MVI46MCM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as XBTGT4230 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M9019B1A made by Unitronics as well as the popular 2711PRP3 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CAMP81 by Keyence and XBTGT4230 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 24210011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eltek.
