COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fadal GM4020FS-1D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Moog products, including obsoleted and phased-out Technical-Film-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Moog such as the G403K002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FA2 manufactured by Technical-Film-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Technical-Film-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DXE430W by Manufacturer Emerson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand DXE4120C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Emerson such as DXE316C equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EELQ5I made by Yaskawa as well as the popular EC5918A1000ZM13 original spares produced by Ohkura-Digital-Programmer-Controller

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DXE455W96010001A6 by Emerson and DXE316C spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FAF87DT100LS4KS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew.
