COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Exor X12SNNC25620HCA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out American parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Accu-coder product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-bradley such as the 845DSJDM25AGFW5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AF2645314 manufactured by American and we are pleased to be able to service most American systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 70230S1000RHV1K1SGNM by Manufacturer Accu-coder as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand XBTF024610 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asm such as WS60 equipment made by Asm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available YZ14B2 made by Mazak as well as the popular Q60VR3LAF2000Q1 original spares produced by Banner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LT3NU by Banner-Engineering and WS60 spares by Asm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1791IOVA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
