COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Exor E10VNNF064NTHC-D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rommelag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rommelag such as the 5AP9801505K12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6AV65450BA152AX0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NSJ10TV01BG5D by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 2711PB7C22A9PA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Okuma such as OSP5PANEL5JE01055960061 equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M1M115APTS made by Mitac as well as the popular PM101774 original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NT620CST141EK by Omron and OSP5PANEL5JE01055960061 spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8450 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Xycom. |
