COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Exlar GSX20-1002-MXX-AB8-368SS-33614 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Joslyn-Clark products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Joslyn-Clark such as the JDP910100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC754CSF15CTD manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LMS21030206 by Manufacturer Sick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand HMA31000T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hubbell such as HC03009040 equipment made by Hubbell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hubbell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hubbell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LECU500412 made by Tw-Ransburg as well as the popular HNXD63B120 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HVE022W018N by Rexroth and HC03009040 spares by Hubbell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original INFI90IMMFP02MULTIFUNCTIONPROCESSOR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bailey. |
