COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Exlar GS30-0302-MEX-KM2-M6-19260 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ez-Automation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the 31692 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0364X004 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EZWT10CEM by Manufacturer Ez-Automation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ez-Automation Brand EZ25S036030VV10DM16 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ez-Automation such as EZ3T6CE2488R4AI4AOV equipment made by Ez-Automation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ez-Automation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ez-Automation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EZMRH1L40CEOUT made by Ez-Automation as well as the popular 80597526424S original spares produced by Fabricast-Inc. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EZMR1L10CDOUT by Ez-Automation and EZ3T6CE2488R4AI4AOV spares by Ez-Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RSA0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fafnir. |
