COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ex Cell O SPEED parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Exlar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ez-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Exlar such as the GSX301001MFMA7268 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EZMRH1L20CDOUT manufactured by Ez-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Ez-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 44A731183G02 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ez-Automation Brand EZMRH4L40C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Exlar such as KM60082510NMP10LZ4L3 equipment made by Exlar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Exlar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Exlar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EZMR1L10CPOUT made by Ez-Automation as well as the popular 44A717674001 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GSM201202 by Exlar and KM60082510NMP10LZ4L3 spares by Exlar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EZ25S050030VV05DM12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ez-Automation. |
