COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eurotherm 831/30A240V/120V-FC/M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ingersoll product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the 01055100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M9600B5496001 manufactured by Gse and we are pleased to be able to service most Gse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 93977742 by Manufacturer Ingersoll as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Proface Brand 127606J003012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pepperl--Fuchs such as 04541303001A256 equipment made by Pepperl--Fuchs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pepperl--Fuchs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pepperl--Fuchs" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 61205 made by Shc-S.-Himmelstein as well as the popular 1400ELTC6E original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10033757 by Siemens and 04541303001A256 spares by Pepperl--Fuchs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 102943100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sugino-Machine-Limited. |
