COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eurotherm 3216/CC/VH/RRXX/R/XXX/G/ENG/EN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued General-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kemet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader General-Electric such as the 12IAC53B4A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KemetT494D475K050AS manufactured by Kemet and we are pleased to be able to service most Kemet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12IAV71B2A by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hurco Brand 4150024003REVA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fisher such as CL6773X1A2 equipment made by Fisher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fisher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fisher" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 105G22024VDC made by Kuhnke as well as the popular SD0409600 original spares produced by Gemco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the m2305321030 by Insultab and CL6773X1A2 spares by Fisher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A16B1212090116C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
