COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eurodrive SA6 OD T 80 K6 & DF T 80 K6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Falk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fafnir parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eurodrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Falk such as the 04UCFN2A12A1C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2MMC9306WICRDUL manufactured by Fafnir and we are pleased to be able to service most Fafnir systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K37DT80N4BMG1HR by Manufacturer Eurodrive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Falk Brand 4C302A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fairchild such as 12479 equipment made by Fairchild have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fairchild products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fairchild" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 703568 made by Falk as well as the popular 06UBFC3A50AIC original spares produced by Falk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3EZ3 by Falk and 12479 spares by Fairchild are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HU405 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ex-cell-o. |
