COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eurodrive DFV100L4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Us-Gearmotor-/-Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Gearmotor-/-Baldor such as the CBN3242SB3U143TCNM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CompumotorBrushless manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DFT80K4ampS47DT80K4 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has U-S-Electrical Brand D2820201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weg such as CT005504PW equipment made by Weg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CD6202 made by Baldor as well as the popular CVM145TTTN6027BAP original spares produced by Marathon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CP4100T by Baldor and CT005504PW spares by Weg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMRF15AS31020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
