COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Endress Hauser PMC131-A15F1A1Q parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ez-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Exlar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Exair product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ez-Automation such as the EZ25F72030V57DM16 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GS601003MFMEM2H6AR manufactured by Exlar and we are pleased to be able to service most Exlar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 110060 by Manufacturer Exair as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Evertz Brand 7100NCMX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by E-tek-Dynamics such as MLDC1002A equipment made by E-tek-Dynamics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire E-tek-Dynamics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "E-tek-Dynamics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LM469003 made by Enercon as well as the popular CM31 original spares produced by Escort-Memory Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LM418601 by Enercon and MLDC1002A spares by E-tek-Dynamics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PMP131A1B01A1S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser. |
