COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Endress Hauser FTL51-RAE2CB1E3A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Evergreen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Erg-Power parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Endress-Hauser product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Evergreen such as the 5906223E15UM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N10162F1 manufactured by Erg-Power and we are pleased to be able to service most Erg-Power systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XT150 by Manufacturer Endress-Hauser as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Estun Brand EDB30MHE7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Extreme-Engineering-Solutions such as XPEDITE570 equipment made by Extreme-Engineering-Solutions have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Extreme-Engineering-Solutions products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Extreme-Engineering-Solutions" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1210C1R11 made by Eurotherm as well as the popular EZ25F010030VV08DM12 original spares produced by Ez-Automation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EE52475 by Esam and XPEDITE570 spares by Extreme-Engineering-Solutions are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AKM23DBNC2DB01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Exlar. |
