COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Endress & Hauser OUSAF44-B1B1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Det-Tronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stanley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ishida product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Det-Tronics such as the R6006C1008 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Q1001 manufactured by Stanley and we are pleased to be able to service most Stanley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P5161B by Manufacturer Ishida as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eaton Brand S801T24N3W92EA10060G0003G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance-Electric such as RFL3600 equipment made by Reliance-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PC28155MM2 made by Marconi as well as the popular RGS5 original spares produced by Quad-Tech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PF3007GHW by Atlas-Capco and RFL3600 spares by Reliance-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCA6180E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Advantech. |
