COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Encoder TR3-U3A-3000NV1QHV-F03 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gefran products, including obsoleted and phased-out General-Eastern parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Entek-Ird product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gefran such as the PKM1000LXL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DY5 manufactured by General-Eastern and we are pleased to be able to service most General-Eastern systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 44445 by Manufacturer Entek-Ird as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand TGS0008 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as A8600326T1022500P equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RPS3131SC100BHA10LL024 made by Euchner as well as the popular IGP10D20D1F original spares produced by Foxboro Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PDCR2200A145 by Ge and A8600326T1022500P spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 43765 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gems. |
