COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Encoder 725ISS2000RPU1F1SYNN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gems such as the 87419 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 25872 manufactured by Gems and we are pleased to be able to service most Gems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2200BG3F00223DA by Manufacturer Gems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Foxboro Brand 34135 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Enerlites such as DWOSW5PCS equipment made by Enerlites have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Enerlites products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Enerlites" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PCB50KGC3 made by Flintec as well as the popular DULCMP1118112 original spares produced by Frost-Controls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 725ISS3600RHV5F1SXNN by Encoder and DWOSW5PCS spares by Enerlites are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A2900739X022 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
