COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Emerson MGM-340-CONS-0000 SK100-MF1-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the M337SN0AR0CC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCS121L20RS080Z0E0ST6S00NR0SU manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M7045T by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MDD071CN060N2S095GB0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mts such as M8M1142AT equipment made by Mts have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mts products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mts" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC071C0NS4C095A0D1517LV made by Indramat as well as the popular ME3528482C original spares produced by Torque-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M432NYN0050Y3C by Elwood-Corporation and M8M1142AT spares by Mts are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDD112BN030N2M130PB2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
