COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Emerson MGE-208-CONS-0000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gould parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marquette product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the MAC093B0JS4C110A1WI522LV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M235H50AY00YNP manufactured by Gould and we are pleased to be able to service most Gould systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MARQUETTE by Manufacturer Marquette as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Renault Brand MC3520 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Honeywell such as M6282E1009 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M2VA90L4 made by Abb as well as the popular M406D00101000018 original spares produced by Bautz Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC112C0HD1B130A0I01250S005 by Indramat and M6282E1009 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC063D0FS4C095B0WI517LV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
