COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Emerson KJ1501X1-BC2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Encoder-Products products, including obsoleted and phased-out Euchner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Endress-Hauser product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Encoder-Products such as the SL020132 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HBE74302 manufactured by Euchner and we are pleased to be able to service most Euchner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PMC131A11F1A1V by Manufacturer Endress-Hauser as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Epson Brand SKP330 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Etel such as LMD100503QA223A equipment made by Etel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Etel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Etel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RMC621A22BBA111 made by Endress-Hauser as well as the popular 83844 original spares produced by Esi-Udt-Sensors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DC0113 by Erhardt--Leimer and LMD100503QA223A spares by Etel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HKD100V100A05 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Euchner. |
