COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Emerson EV2000-4T0900G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kinco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kinco such as the MT5720T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2711TC2711TA manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HMIGXO5502 by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Proface Brand GP370LG1124V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Unitronics such as M90T equipment made by Unitronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unitronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unitronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TG865ET made by Xinje as well as the popular MT4522TE original spares produced by Kinco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M912T1 by Unitronics and M90T spares by Unitronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1606XL240E3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ab. |
