COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Emerson DXM-455C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Techniques parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nidek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the FRZ24022KUL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FX6310 manufactured by Control-Techniques and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Techniques systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EC2MBIBAO4B by Manufacturer Nidek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Techniques Brand FX455 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cooper such as H5MOFMD equipment made by Cooper have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FS979 made by Commell as well as the popular GA45531 original spares produced by Glentek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GF05018OS3E56 by Weg and H5MOFMD spares by Cooper are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EMB014AF104 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk.
