COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Emerson DXM-340W 960099-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bcs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the DFT71D4BMGO5HRTEFC3PH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CNHM14100Y15 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature COMY1Q24 by Manufacturer Bcs as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gettys Brand D015559 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Daito-Mfg.-Co. such as DTMT7080B equipment made by Daito-Mfg.-Co. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daito-Mfg.-Co. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daito-Mfg.-Co." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CD5375 made by Baldor as well as the popular DB5C015G1B9A4G20057273CE original spares produced by Yokogawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DFT90S4BNG2HRU by Sew and DTMT7080B spares by Daito-Mfg.-Co. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DVHCCF42T61P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lincoln. |
