COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Emerson DXE-490C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lincoln products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Empire-Magnetics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lincoln such as the CCF4P3161 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DFT90S4BMG2 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DWU23CBL10 by Manufacturer Empire-Magnetics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand CGD20RB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Carlen such as CC700IC3600AB12MSCS equipment made by Carlen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carlen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carlen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DR1B015G2C5A4G20300379 made by Yokogawa as well as the popular CM342HJ01479 original spares produced by Parker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D184T3S4AC by Dayton and CC700IC3600AB12MSCS spares by Carlen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CEM3556T35AA002M497G1G475 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
