COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Emerson DXE-316W/RA90-5-1-STD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Foxboro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Computer-Conversion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Infineon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Foxboro such as the fbm241 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HX9011GT manufactured by Computer-Conversion and we are pleased to be able to service most Computer-Conversion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FP25R12W2T4B11 by Manufacturer Infineon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC610CPU104A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sick such as GM3104327 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC3600SHPB1E1 made by Fanuc as well as the popular GSX200601XXXABA268AXSS original spares produced by Exlar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ER92013812 by Namco and GM3104327 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FDC86CONT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asea. |
