COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Emerson 960165-02 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Esa-Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fincor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Esa-Nsk such as the ESAJ1003A2311 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M75R14ICDQ manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6406S01025A by Manufacturer Fincor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Foxboro Brand FOXBOROFBM05P0400YFfbm5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A06B0843B1013000 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A16B2203045204C made by Fanuc as well as the popular 955L8R22 original spares produced by Eurotherm Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A06B6058H004 by Fanuc and A06B0843B1013000 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FX8200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
